Our Policies

 

RETURNS
We gladly accept non-sale and non-special order items for exchange/return that are returned within 30 days from your date of purchase. Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. If the item was damaged upon arrival we will replace the item asap according to our “DAMAGED” policy. Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. Upon returning, Please include your original receipt with your package, and make returns to:

DAMAGED ITEMS
Please snap a few photos of the broken items and the packaging it came in as soon as you can after opening, and the box too, especially if it arrived really banged up.  Then, send an e-mail to wendy@fieldfinding.com within 3-5 of delivery letting us know what items have arrived broken.  There’s no need to send the broken bits back to us; we’ll get replacements in the mail to you asap.

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

INVENTORY
We continually update our inventory levels online, however our online merchandise availability is not guaranteed. If an item you have ordered is not available or has been reordered, we will notify you as soon as possible via email.

PRIVACY
We respect your privacy. Any and all information collected on this site will be kept confidential and will not be sold, disclosed to third parties or reused without your permission. Any information you give to us will be held with care and will be used solely for the purposes of filling your online order.
